We appreciate that as a tenant you are not looking for a house, you are looking for a home.
You may be an experienced tenant who understands the letting process; you may be new to letting and need more guidance and support during your move. Signing up to a tenancy agreement is a big commitment and we aim to make sure as responsible agents that your tenancy matches your circumstances.
Our personalised service will allow you to view all of our available properties that meet your requirements, some before they are advertised on the open market.
We will talk you through in detail each property, including the Energy Performance ratings, anticipated monthly running costs and the council tax band for the property.
You are able to move in your new home 7 days a week to suit you and to aid your move, we will also notify all utility providers of the new occupancy, providing them with necessary dates and meter readings where appropriate.
Under our managed scheme, during your tenancy you will have complete peace of mind that your property is kept in line with legal requirements in accordance with ARLA regulations and should a maintenance issue arise we can be contacted 7 days a week at any time and will deal with an emergency as soon as possible.
There is no cost implication to you, until you wish to apply for a property when a low cost one off fee is due.
